I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There are few different house keeping teams cleaning my level 20. Some are very detailed while others are manageable. Shopping- shuttle bus service to Aeon Shopping mall outside STARBUCK area. Many eateries around the hotel. Kanayama Station is 4 mins walk from hotel.

the staffs at this hotel are top notch. So helpful and gracious. The traditional japanese breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. Thank you for the memorable stay.

Our family of four had a wonderful 2-night stay. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the rooms are very clean. We especially loved the lobby area—it's very spacious and kept our two young kids entertained for over an hour with board games and origami! The Japanese breakfast is also a must-try; it's delicious and beautifully presented. We will definitely be back!

The toilet wasn’t very clean. :(

Staff not well trained gave us wrong room charges and insisted it is our room until we saw and pointed to her wrong name number. Hotel only provided for 2 bottles of water for day. We asked for more water in room n housekeeping say each small bottle must pay extra yen160.

Staff was courteous but the walls are incredibly thin, the bed was not the most comfortable. To foreigners that aren’t familiar with smoking rooms - the whole floor will smell of cigarettes. Do not make the mistake of booking a smoking room if you are not a smoker.

Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs. What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. We met the manager of the hotel, the manager of the restaurants on site, along with pleasant introductions to dozens of attentive hotel employees. We never have had such a wonderful experience from top to bottom. Nagoya was an unplanned stop during our Japan vacation and now we are already trying to see when we can get back to Japan and specifically Espacio Nagoya Castle since we can't stop thinking about what a great time we had there.
