Very handy to points of interest and a subway station.

Rooms need updating . The bathroom space was mouldy in the shower area and lights didnt work with some wall fixings falling off

Room was big, The air conditioning exceeded the expectations, staff was amazing

Excellent hotel , so close to many attractions and Charing Cross station. I loved being able to walk to Trafalgar Square to visit the amazing National Gallery in just 5 minutes!

Our stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable — walkable to top restaurants, tourist landmarks, and local markets, with easy access to public transportation for exploring further afield. The hotel itself is immaculate — everything from the lobby to the rooms was spotless and beautifully maintained. What truly made the stay memorable was the service. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive concierge, efficient housekeeping, and friendly bell staff, every team member went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. Whether we were sightseeing or relaxing, the hotel served as the perfect home base. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality.
