I really enjoyed my stay at GRAND MONday Ueno Okachimachi. The best part was definitely the 2nd floor because it had the gym, sauna, vending machine and public bath all right there together. It was so convenient to finish a workout and go straight into the spa to relax. The front desk is staffed and they are super helpful. Having a washer/dryer and a full fridge made everything so much easier. It’s also in a great spot—super close to the station and within walking distance to the markets and Akihabara. I’d definitely stay here again!

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. The staff were so kind, super helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. I booked the Japanese style room was was big for 3 of us and enough space for our suitcases. It has a washer/dryer in the room which was convenient. 7/11 and 2 Lawson's just around the corner. 800m walk to the Tokyo Tower which has a nice restaurant.

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

Excellent staff and location. Ginza is an amazing area to explore and the concierge was very helpful. We stayed twice during our trip to Japan, once in the main building and once in the tower. The tower rooms have great views but are smaller and older. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They stored our luggage for us and remembered a lot of details about our stay. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again.

They catered to 99 years old guest to make soft rice in the morning for his breakfast.And out of way to make it easy for wheelchair guest. Thank you.

Gorgeous property, and delicious breakfast. The morning breakfast staff were amazing and kind. The service was top notch. The room was very clean and I felt very comfortable with all of the amenities. The only complaint I have is of the booking system. There was an overlook in our planning and needed to stay somewhere for one extra night- they didn’t have any extra rooms available. So we had to book somewhere else, unfortunately the morning that we had to leave we saw many rooms became available for the night we needed (after we had already booked elsewhere!)
