Fantastic staff who shared several recommendations that we really enjoyed. Beautiful room, great location within easy walking distance of Union Square, theater district, countless restaurants and shopping. Housekeeping was excellent. A great stay, highly recommend! One night we went to the Cheaper Than Therapy comedy club about 2 blocks and had a fun time. So much to do that is close! Parking was easy. We paid $50 per night just around the corner. It was technically self parking, but they park the car for you.

Very clean and friendly but the room service that was supposed to take 45 minutes too two hours and I had to call down 3 times for towels

We arrived at this hotel after a 17-hour drive, hoping to get some rest for one night. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. First, we were given a room key that did not work, so we had to go back down to the lobby to resolve the issue. We were then assigned another room, where several basic amenities were missing: hair conditioner, shower gel, and a working hair dryer. On top of that, we found someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor, which was unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the room. On a positive note, the mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the room was generally quite clean. Overall, we expected a more comfortable and hassle-free stay, especially after such a long journey.
