The staff were generally friendly and tried to be helpful, but there was a significant amount of miscommunication and inconsistency between team members. Although we had Diamond Club access, we were unable to fully enjoy many of the included amenities due to limited availability. Nearly everything required reservations, and the resort app frequently malfunctioned, making it difficult to book activities or restaurants. Room service consistently took over two hours to arrive, and service at several restaurants was noticeably slow, resulting in long waits before being attended to or served. Overall, while the resort had potential, the communication issues and lack of availability made the experience more frustrating than expected. I wouldn’t stay here again. Also everything closes at 7pm.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Vivid. The resort was beautiful, very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our trip. The food and drinks were great. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it
