Great service and good amenities. Only thing I wanted to change was to bring our luggage to the room upon checking in. We did not have many luggage but other hotels usually bring them to the room.

Great location! Great member lounge, laundry lounge, room amenities. Highly recommend. It was comfortable for a family of 4 with teenagers.

Perfect location, close to the park.

The hotel is a close walk to Dotonburi and Shisenkei area which are filled with shopping and dining options. You will have to walk through the night life to get to the hotel so it could get quite busy however it is not noisy once you get to the hotel room. Very convenient location

The hotel was above the Nambe metro and train station for Osaka. We could walk to close nightlife activities or take a metro train anywhere with ease. Rooms were large, great view of Osaka, breakfast is at top of hotel with spectacular views. The pool was great for lap swimming. I would recommend. Store in train station by hotel had large selection of luxury goods. Recommend train to Osaka rather than car..would be quicker and elevator right to hotel. Limited express train to airport also below hotel and it has room for luggage with reserved seats.

Very clean, rooms are very small but similar to any Japanese budget room. Good stay, good location, easy check in
