They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there. So those were useless! The transportation, when you call for one, it takes forever for a small resort!

The people who are very nice to us all the time. The place is amazingly beautiful.

First of all, excellent hotel. Nearly on par with the best. Despite construction work, it was nearly transparent. The hotel policies should be reviewed. Primarily, you should be allowed to use luggage racks without assistance. It isn’t as though we were going to keep them in our room while we weee obviously checking out. This was beyond frustrating when all we were doing is bringing our luggage down to check out. The thermostat in our room never worked. We had to shut it off to keep from freezing at night. Also would prefer a better vent for the bathroom.

The staff are friendly and very helpful

Room has no A/C they give us electric fan with the price we pay. Not good to recommend.

Clean but very old resort. Very over priced for what you get. Charged me way over on bottled water. Cost me 2500 peso for 9 bottles of water. Said not to drink there water and only bottled water and charged way to much.
