We loved staying here. The view of Itsukushima's torii gate, the mountains and the rest of Miyajima are beautiful. The kaiseki dinner and Japanese breakfast were delicious, and the public bath was clean and tidy. We had access to a private bath (by appointment), but were too tired to take advantage. ...

This was the best hotel experience of our Japan trip. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for an overnight visit to Itsukushima. The food at the hotel was exquisite, and the ocean view from our room was beautiful.
