Yucatan Peninsula Honeymoon Vacations

The place is great and service is amazing but I'm on vacation with my family and I have a kid and hearing two men having sex is unacceptable (I'll give them credit for giving us another room). The doors between the rooms were like made out of paper. We heard everything the people in the other room were saying. Also, the hallway, you can hear the people yelling, talking loud, etc. And the AC barely cooled the room no matter how low you can set it (the lowest i was able to set it to was 22C) it would turn on for 5 minutes and off for 55. Most of the time the lobby was hot. It was our first time visiting Cancun and overall we had a great we had a blest, the majority of guests were great people but we might look to stay somewhere else because some of the guests smoked weed and the people we were hanging out with noticed it and didn't like it as well. I would have given it 5 stars if we didn't have the issues above (we're on vacation, we need to relax, it wasn't cheap)

I particularly enjoyed the spa and pool areas, which offered a serene escape with their tranquil ambiance and luxurious amenities. I cannot praise the staff enough; they were not only incredibly attentive but also genuinely warm and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable. Each interaction felt personal and thoughtful, contributing to an overall atmosphere of comfort and care.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us chocolate covered strawberries, as well as a volcano cake at the Thai restaurant.

Food option we’re not the best during my stay. Drinks were watered down and tasteless all the time.

This property is great if you are looking to disconnect. The place is quiet and feels very inserted in nature. The staff is probably the best staff you are going to get anywhere. They are very cordial and cater to what you need. The main issue that we had is that the facilities are not being maintained as they should. They are decaying fast. On our first night the AC wasn't working so that took the first and second day to get us transferred to another room where the AC was better. The transportation around property is heavily dependent on Golf carts and there are not that many. So we love to use the bikes. The issue there again is that there are not that many bikes. and the ones that are there are in no good condition. We had to express our frustration and then we got bikes assigned to us. There is no peer, no kayaks either. The food is great and again the staff is supper.

I loved the way pool and beach area are connected. You can easily access both areas without having to do "long" walks.
