Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was beyond our expectations. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was fantastic, with great variety and something delicious to enjoy every day. The entertainment was also a huge highlight—there was always something happening, making the atmosphere fun, lively, and enjoyable from morning until night! The spa staff were especially welcoming and professional, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Overall, we had such a great and relaxing stay and honestly didn’t want to leave! We will absolutely be coming back. This is officially our go-to place in Cancun, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, fun, and welcoming resort with amazing service.

Good staff, right from the lobby to the porter: Edgar at the front desk was fantastic in checking us in, explaining things to us, reserving one of the choice restaurants, and generally helping us with the arrangements for a birthday celebration. It turned out very well. Luciana, Mabel, and Yomina (?) at the restaurants made every meal experience quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean, and while the resort is not one of the newest, it is in very good shape: clean, safe, One suggestion though: the tour team’s positioning by the elevators and repeat pitches as we asked past was a tad heavy.

Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Every employee were super friendly and super polite. The food was great in most of the restaurants. I would say that it lacks on activities and entertainment specifically at night. But what I think was the biggest issue was that the VIP Louge was a joke. The "exclusive foods" there was literally the same as the main breakfast buffet. I also notice we were not getting the 'top shelf' licors, bartenders were making drinks in a little room instead at the bar with displayed licors. It makes us wondering what else the hidden from customers.
