This property is in a pretty good location that there are many shops and restaurants around. They did remember my birthday when I checked out on my birthday and gave me a little parting gift. The staff was decent, but I wouldn’t say they are friendly because they hardly say greetings to me. There were some parts of the room that I think it needs a little finish work and touch up due to wear and tear.
The room was clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. There was nothing really stood out for me by this hotel. Considering that I have stayed at other JW Marriott hotels before, I thought that my experience here was underwhelming. I expected more than what I got from the staff and the property. I expected the staff to be more friendlier, and the hotel conditions are in great shape.

This hotel is amazing. The location is not too far from the city, it's located in a beautiful, scenic mountain area. We had enjoyed the service a lot too. The manager was extremely helpful and paid great attention to all details. Last but not least, the beddings were extremely comfortable too.
