Fantastic stay! Great, quiet location with yummy food nearby. Close to the JR line which gets you everywhere; so easy to travel around each day! Super clean resort-style hotel. The self service laundry wasn’t great; very crowded and dryers worked poorly. Would prefer if they had laundry service instead due to so many guests using the machines at all times of the day. However, would definitely stay here again!

This was a great hotel. The rooms were super clean and spacious. the staff was very attentive. Having a washer and dryer in the room was fantastic. The large refrigerator helped as well as the kitchenette with utensils. The bathroom was large and very clean. It had a double sink which is very helpful in the morning when we are trying to get ready and out the door. Would definitely stay here again. And did i mention how great the staff was.

Excellent staff, great location and rooms are equipped with everything!

The rooms are spacious, staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is closer to Shinagawa station, handy to 7-11 and other amenities

The pajamas were stained and uncomfortable. The Yukata were a terrible fabric and the undershirt was very used and worn fabric. Nothing cotton or soft, very scratchy.

Excellent hotel! Staff very friendly and attentive. Room extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. Very convenient location for international travels.

Very nice cozy hotel , wonderful staff , rooms tight but that’s expected, it’s Tokyo.

Amazing spacious hotel. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend
