Service, food, & attention is top notch but there’s not enough restaurants for all the guests and there were long lines… sometimes we had to wait 40-75mins for a table. Resort has no reservations. Special thank you to Gabriel, we sat with him at the italian & asian restaurant. He really made us have a good experience. Views from the rooms are everything. Both the lagoon & beach are breathtaking. We booked a preferred room but to be honest its not worth it. We didn't really feel any of the “VIP” experience. Yes it has access to higher floors & an infinity pool but it was way too small and the vibe was way better at the regular pools. Entertainment at this resort is lacking. At least compared to other all inclusives that we’ve been to in cancun & punta cana it wasnt very engaging. Barely any evening shows & not much going on at the pools or beach area. Music could be better! Not much variety & they turn it off at 4:45pm when the pool is open until 7pm. Beware of the upselling around the resort for their unlimited vacation club, spa, & “upgrades” for a reserved table at the restaurants/event that require a wine bottle. There’s a spa across the street from the resort that’s much more affordable. Although this resort is located in a prime location it’s a bit overpriced for the amenities.

Family Vacation at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach – May 19 We recently took a family trip booked via Expedia for 6 people, and overall it was fantastic with just a few tips for future travelers. Flights: We flew on American Airlines and amazingly got seats together on a basic fare, which is rare for a group of 6! Transportation: We reserved a private van through MTS for $100 round trip for all 6 of us. It was a short walk through the parking lot to catch the van, and service was pretty quick. We learned that tipping the driver helps expedite pick-up times. Hotel: The Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach is an amazing family-friendly all-inclusive resort. We splurged a bit on the Infinite Suites that feature two rooms (1 King, 2 Queens) which was worth every penny. Check-in was smooth, and dinner reservations were easy to make in advance. The resort offers both oceanfront and pool areas, both stunning and very enjoyable. Pools are large with bars around every section, plus there’s an adult-only pool. Entertainment was top-notch—our family loved the water trampoline, hand treatments, and magic show. Service across the resort was excellent, especially when tipping early and often. Important Warning: Do not drink the tap water! Some people told us to even watch ICE drinks and brushing your teeth using bottled water. Not sure how it happened but I ended up with traveler’s diarrhea for a week and had to take antibiotics. Be careful and stick to bottled water.

My daughters and I just returned from an incredible stay at Paradisus Cancún, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff and service. A special thank you to our Family Concierge team, Alejandro and Rommel They were attentive, responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with reservations, or helping us navigate the resort, they consistently went above and beyond. They made us feel welcomed and valued from the moment we arrived until the day we departed. The entire staff throughout the resort was exceptional. From the restaurants and bars to housekeeping and guest services, everyone was friendly, hardworking, and eager to help. It is clear that Paradisus has built a culture centered around hospitality and guest experience. One suggestion I would love to offer is the addition of QR codes for staff tipping. We frequently found ourselves wanting to recognize and reward outstanding service, but we simply ran out of cash. There were several amazing team members we would have loved to tip and thank personally. A secure QR code option would allow guests to easily show appreciation to staff members even when they don't have cash available. I truly believe it would benefit both guests and employees. Thank you, Paradisus Cancún, for a wonderful graduation celebration trip with my daughter and her friend. We made beautiful memories and look forward to returning in the future.
