Presidente is by far the best hotel in Cozumel Scuba Du is the best diving company. Reliable, nice crew and good equipment. The boats are clean and in great shape.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the best resort or experience. The food wasn’t very good. Especially the buffets, we had a hard time finding something to eat. And the Mexican/taco restaurant wasn’t good at all which was disappointing. My travel companion got sick, we aren’t sure if it was food or the water but be aware! The bars don’t open till 10, and some later than that so it was difficult to find a drink. You can only get water bottles from lobby bar, which no one would be at. Then at night, restaurants are closed and there’s no late night snacks/food/bar available. I believe your only option is room service which is an additional cost. The staff isn’t super helpful or accommodating in any way. We got locked out of our room for hours because the key card reader needed a new battery. This should have been fixed immediately but it wasn’t. We also were not comped in any way. There are not many bathrooms around the resort and they are very small. Wish it was better in many ways. Sadly to say we were displeased.

My favourite all-inclusive experience so far. The staff at this resort are phenomenal, the property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the food was better than anticipated, especially at the a la carte restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious, so it was disappointing to see two double beds instead of queens; that change would make this place a 10/10.

A fantastic stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. I highly recommend opting for the premium all-inclusive package, which offers an incredible value. Here is what makes this resort stand out: ​Dining & Entertainment: Every restaurant exceeds expectations, and the nightly entertainment is outstanding—ranging from violinists and tango dancers to reggae and beautiful Day of the Dead shows. ​Service & Location: The staff is incredibly helpful and respectful with local directions and things to see, free from aggressive sales pressure. You are also within walking distance of Cancun's main attractions. ​The Beach: The water is so crystal clear you hardly need to scuba dive to see tropical fish. They swim right up 20 feet from the bar. I’ve included some video I shot with my waterproof camera to prove it! ​Service Recovery: We experienced a brief issue when a water pipe broke, cutting off water for half the hotel. However, the maintenance team fixed the issue within a couple of hours. Management then went above and beyond by providing compensation and additional discounts. ​Five stars all the way, and I will absolutely be returning!"
