Beds were not queen size air conditioner didn’t work properly front desk check in and out (Trudy) was great. So friendly and professional the staff as a whole were great.

Service was great but our room was not great. Maybe I was in an old area or something. I expected more.

Staff members are very kind and helpful.

Room was comfortable and clean, front desk staff friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).
