โStaying at the Mason was fantastic! As I am also a in the Bahamas I pay close attention to detail and everything was A+. The response time from the host was super fast and we never felt in a quandary as to what to do. We arrived past the check in time of 12am and Ashish was there waiting when we arrived - flawless check in! I canโt say enough about the location but that it was near great restaurants, grocery stores and directly across from the Eaton Center Mall.
If we ever return to Toronto...
โGreat location with a fabulous view. So convenient for our Toronto adventure and just steps away from Massey Hall. Host interactions were smooth and communications were supportive and helpful. Will be looking forward to another stay down the road. โ

TVs could use updating. Remotes were configured so that it was extremely difficult to navigate to any channel and I am by no means technically challenged. โ
โI only stayed one night but this hotel checks all of the boxes! Clean, comfy and still close to everything you need downtown. The hotel is stylish, as are the rooms. My room was small but had floor to ceiling windows, and equipped with modern amenities like a Nespresso machine and power black out shades. The staff was helpful and friendly. I especially loved the in/out valet service. Will definitely stay again!โ
โAwesome place, helpful staff. It is conveniently located that we didnt have to take TTC. Popular tourist destinations are within walking distance. Clean place, easy check in, and mostly the staff is really quick to respond as if he was waiting for my msg the whole day lol. Its been of great help and i would def stay here againโ
โClose to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though itโs in the heart of downtown, itโs still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well.โ
โThis property was a condo rental. The owner was very nice. Helped us get in for parking. The area was very nice. My daughter and I went walking around and felt very safe. Would stay here again!!!โ
