Excellent Stay. Exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend as very central for all New York attractions and I would stay here again

Thé staff was courteous, nice rooms with a beautiful view of the St Patrick’s cathedral, nicely decorated lobby.

Room was clean and the balcony was great. The Front desk was friendly, responsive and courteous and concierge was extremely helpful and took time answering questions and printing directions. However, what impressed us the most was how Tien and he colleagues at the front desk and security found and held my daughter's all-important headphone - after we failed to do so during check out. They had packaged, taped, labeled, recorded and stored the lost/found item very professionally. It proved the hotel has an established customer-care process beyond providing food and clean rooms. My daughter expressed how grateful she was to the hotel staff.

Great experience. Good location. Beautiful view from the 30th floor. Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Extraordinary breakfast buffet included with stay. A bit of a walk to several subway stations. Would book again in the future.

Absolutely loved this hotel. This is by far our favorite hotel we have ever stayed at in Manhattan. The staff was so friendly and kind. The room was very large compared to most NYC hotel rooms. The room service staff was efficient and always left our room clean and crisp. The hotel is in a great location compared to Times Square. Everything is easily accessible by walking. Sad we didn’t have time to check out the rooftop bar or restaurant. But we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our Trip comfortable.

The Pierre seems to have seen better times. The experience was generally ok but not great. The atmosphere feels tired with no sense of style or design in the public areas such as lobby and restaurants. The hotel history should not be its only strength. Room was classic and well appointed and service good and friendly so it just about balanced the negative aspect.. Taj should consider investing money for a full renovation

The staff was helpful, room was nice and cozy. Shower didn't work properly bever was able to switch from hand held to regular shower. Balcony was ok but felt very last minute on decor

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

Incredible friendly staff!! Amazing rooftop view! The manager was attentive and overall excellent place!
