Very nice property. But we stayed in the opal and it was extremely far from the main entrance considering we had luggage. There was no microwave for us to warm up any leftover food that we came back from dining out. We stayed in a queen double room. Bathroom was small (shower area). But overall it was nice. I am writing to express my deep disappointment in my recent stay at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. From check-in to check-out, nearly every aspect of our experience fell short of what we expected and paid for. We arrived Wednesday evening after a delayed flight, having already completed mobile check-in via the kiosk to save time before dinner reservations. When we got to our room, we immediately discovered we had not been given the room type we booked. We went back downstairs with our luggage and were met by a front desk agent who told us he was unable to accommodate the room we had reserved. Instead, we were placed in what felt like the worst room available, a handicap-accessible room with a poor view, despite neither of us requiring accessible accommodations. With dinner reservations already running late, we had no choice but to get ready and go. The following morning, I stopped at the front desk on my way to the gym at 7 AM and was told a more appropriate room could be ready by 11 AM. I went to the gym in the meantime, which was visibly outdated and partially under construction. We packed up our belongings, waited for the room change, and while the new room had a better view, our enthusiasm at that point was understandably gone. To make matters worse, the sink in the new room was leaking, the floor was dirty, and there was trash left behind from previous guests. I stay at Treasure Island every time I'm in Vegas, which is pretty frequently since I live in Southern California. Usually, it's been a very pleasant experience, but for the past two visits (including this recent one), the check in experience has been less than stellar. Their kiosks haven't been working properly, which forces you to stand in the long, painful registration line. When someone directed me into VIP Services to get help, the woman was not very pleasant or helpful, and I ended up having to stand in the registration line anyways because the booking was done through Expedia. I also haven't been offered my Expedia VIP perks the past two times of checking in either. I love the free parking and the location, but it's starting to get very frustrating.

Great place for family staycation very clean and well maintained hotel staff are polite and helpful close to fashion mall if you like shopping I would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues ! Looking forward to my next staycation

Place is brand new with great amenities. Cleaning service was amazing. Room was small. But food and service was sub par. Room service menu was like ordering from a fast food restaurant and everything was to-go. Do the restaurants downstairs instead. They make you pay valet first upfront then add the additional nights to the room. If you do mobile check in because the other lines are disgustingly long you may never get their concierge service.

We used to stay in the Venetian a lot. And things were different before the change of ownership in 2022. Check in was ok - I was asked if I wanted to upgrade my room and when I showed interest, the front desk lady said we don’t have any left to upgrade! The rooms are nice and comfortable - we stayed in the South tower in a remodeled two queen room. The pools on both sides were with murky water. We decided to try the pool restaurant on the northern side. The hostess was the rudest person arguing with other tables and ours about asking for an umbrella to cover the tables for shade. We requested the manager and he was nice enough to accommodate our request. Food was so so. Nothing compared to what it was years ago. Room service was bad! Tasteless overpriced food. The French fries used to be steak fries and so delicious. Now they bring you tasteless frozen fries. Ordered carrot cake and it was so bad that the Chinese buffets have better quality dessert. Overall it was an ok stay but not like before.

I loved the Palazzo and Venetian properties!

Historic hotel that was well renovated but the rooms now have a bit of wear and tear now. The staff, location, and rideshare/valet was great. The pool was great and we were able to attend a private event at the pool because we were hotel guest.

The rooms are unique. Comfortable and updated in an Art deco way. The pool is small and more set up to be something to congregate around and socialize. Definitely a younger crowd/influencer type, if that’s your thing. The valet is good, hard to find at first though on arrival. Expensive too, but overnight parking in this area is basically nonexistent so they get to charge as the market allows.The staff was friendly but the checkout person was a bit curt. I’d stay here again for the room, convenience to sunset strip activities, and overall feel.

Well-maintained property.

They did their best, and provided excellent service, for instance because they were doing construction I didn’t have any hot water in our room, so I told them and they changed our room to a newly renovated one that was really nice of them. So to me that goes a long way towards me returning to them again with my family.great job guys!!!
