This hotel was amazing, the rooms were fantastic, the breakfast buffet was delicious, but the staff were the best. I believe their names were Joan (there were 2 ladies named Joan) and Shem (I didn't get the spelling), they were the most helpful and nicest people ever at the breakfast buffet. I highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback, they really didn't want you swimming in the ocean - the first time they said it was after 5 and no lifeguard was on duty, the second time it was the middle of the day and they said no lifeguard on duty. There were several groups wanting in, finally they brought a lifeguard and we were able to get in water. They really need to fix that - just let it be swim at your own risk. Snorkeling didn't seem to be that great, clear water but not much to see.

Breakfast was good, but not great. Oatmeal was as the worst I’ve ever seen. 1st time was literally water soup with some oats. Last time was almost inedible, even the worker was embarrassed at how thick it was and offered to add water. The staff however were exceptionally good and friendly.

I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality and professional service provided by all the staff, led by Glen. The bed was very comfortable and the entire hotel was clean & well-maintained thoroughly satisfied. There was a small mixup for the Airport pickup, in which Glen quickly set right by providing shuttle service back for our departure flight. The staff assisted us for a tour by contacting the provider even though we didn’t register our tour through the hotel. The staff was very helpful, Glen greeted us every morning for breakfeast and even provided hotel nurse service to my wife when she was stung by jellyfish on our tour. We will definitely come back to your hotel. Thank you very much for making our first Cebu trip memorable. Miller Family Forgot to mention the Breakfast buffet was fabulous Make sure to snorkel in the hotel beach, there is a lot of sea life and the staff will provide you with breadcrumbs to feed the fish as you enjoy your water activities.

The villa offers exceptional privacy, even without being beachfront. I appreciated the tranquility of the place and the sense of seclusion it provides. The property is impeccably clean, and the staff is outstanding—highly efficient and respectful. The place is very close to the airport which was also a big plus

This property has a certain charm, is very atmospheric with pretty gardens, but seems passed its prime. The room we were given smelled strongly of mold, the private pool was too gross to swim in, the small beach was not inviting and everything generally felt decrepit, dirty and in poor condition. After complaining and showing staff our issues with the room, we were eventually moved to another one which was much better. Our experience wasn't great but some may like it and staff was responsive. Seemed very over priced despite private pool.

Beautiful hotel nice pool overlooking. Expedia says 16 mins away from the airport but actually 30 mins going to airport without traffic. Staff are super friendly very helpful. Buffet breakfast 10 out of 10 many choices of foods its worth the price.

We stayed 3 nights in Plantation Bay, and I have to give a shout out to Ms. Glaze at the front desk! She explains everything clearly and with kindness. She was patient enough to answer all the questions and very polite. Give her a raise or acknowledge her professionalism and most of all, her way of letting us all feel very welcome. She's part of the reasons why I extended for another night and even booked additional room. Please award her or promote her! However, we did not like the attitude and demeanor of the guy that was assigned in paddle boarding. He was very arrogant and mean. He needs to undergo training and make sure that he makes the clients feel welcome. He was very rude and made our paddle boarding experience not so nice. He was just rude and mean. Teach the guy to be at least,friendly. Even my nephew refused to do paddle board one more time because he said, the guy is mean. We had it November 26th, figure the guy assigned that time & have him undergo serious training on how to deal with clients with respect.

Too quiet , not ideal place for young people. Facility is clean , very accommodating staff / friendly but the only drawback- road to the resort too rough , even tricycles a bit hesitant to drive you there. The place a bit far from places to eat & Alona beach too !

Honestly exceeding our expectations. Ananyana’s facilities and rooms were clean and much bigger than their photos portray. We had a great stay here. The food was good and reasonably priced too.
