Check your bill. I paid for two rooms ahead of time. So there should be only incidental small charges. Received a charge of over $3,000 when I finished the trip. Called the hotel and to their credit admitted it was a "mistake". Have to say, I do not appreciate the "mistake". Was told 5-8 business days for refund. If this happens to a couple of rooms each night then hotel is basically borrowing interest free on your account. And if I didn't catch then will be out of pocket a few thousand. Not impressed.
Hotel itself was fine. location, restaurant was good. room was clean. One night the shower didn't drain, they fixed it the next day. Couldn't say if I would stay here again or not- having to worry about mistake charges.
