Very nice property! I enjoyed the pool area, gym and the outdoor movie screening. This place was a convenient walk to certain shops and bars. The room was clean and modern.

Please add filtered water stations to every floor, just like the one in the spa.
This will eliminate plastic water bottles and more practical.

The hotel and staff are perfect! The property is set near all the dining you can imagine and the train is just a walk away! This is our new favorite place to stay. I will not stay anywhere else when I visit NYC.

The staff were all great, especially the ones working the busy breakfast rush at the restaurant. The bed’s were comfy and room was clean. My dislikes are really just personal preference and style. It was a valet only option for parking, at $40 per night. This hotel was also dang near on top of the LA freeway so the road noise was very loud. For the price the rooms were quite small, especially the bathroom. My least favorite thing was the lightly frosted glass bathroom door so no privacy for whoever is using the bathroom. When I’m a mom staying with my teenage son, not the greatest! Also no secondary mirror in the main room so more than one person can get ready while the other is in the tiny, not private bathroom. It’s LA so again, it’s really just personal taste. It was a unique building and I’m sure many people that like city life will enjoy it, it’s just not for me.

$67 for overnight parking??
coffee in room had a sign that would appear you had two pay. then at front desk when I asked why extra fee they said coffee was free!!!!
The restaurant on 18th floor was fantastic view and food was very good too.
