"Room was hot. AC unit has yet to be changed. Was also off when we arrived. Booked for 3 but didn’t have a Cot until requested a few times. TV disconnects each time it turns off and has to be messed with to get Cable. No fan in the bathroom. Room Cards lost their programming part way through the weekend. ..."
