Well located in CBD. Room was clean and modern. Would recommend and definitely stay again if we return.

Great location and amenities

Nice size room with all that you could ask for in a room and clean. Not much of a view from window, but that was OK.

When we first walked in it seemed lovely. But there are a few things that definitely need your attention. The ensuite bathroom was a disaster. The toilet continually filled up 24 hours a day...there was black hair all over the floor , there was mould in the shower, the right hand sink wouldn't drain so we didn't use it at all and the smell coming out of the drain was awful. You told us to use the towels from our room for the pool and spa,,but what we were supposed to use when we came back to shower? In the kitchen you need at least one tea towel to dry the few dishes we used and more detergent. The beds were comfy and linen was nice. There needs to be better communication about where to check in as well. We wandered around for ages trying to find out where to go.

Comfortable bed with a good sleep. 3pm check in is far too late. Carpets could do with a fresh steam clean in the foyer and hall ways .Outside door steps are dirty at the entrance. Staff were fine. $45 for breakfast is excessive, so choose not to dine here for breakfast.

I had such a beautiful stay at 1 Hotel Melbourne. The hotel feels modern, calming, and luxurious from the moment you walk in. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with those little touches that make you feel at home. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without ever being over the top.
