The iron had gunk which burned a hole in the slacks I was ironing. Had to fill out a report and ended up getting some hotel credit for the hotel restaurants. The lady at the front desk was really kind and helpful. She made the difference between 1 star and 3 stars.

The Reception Staff lied to us. Gave a wrong room, and they did it on propose, we confirmed that later.
Had to change of rooms the next day.
