Clean property and very helpful staff

Room, bedding, and bathroom were all excellent. The suite was large with a nice couch area, I was able to wake up early and go read there without disturbing my wife sleeping. Food court options were reasonably priced, nicer dinners at the restaurants were expensive but excellent. Large property being connected with Pallazo so lots of food options and stores for shopping if you like. Pool area was really nice, but this brought on our biggest dissappointment, my wife was charged $37.50 US for a pina colada, it was the one and only drink bought at the pool and we found the price gouging gross. Property access if you have a vehicle to park and get around with is not as convient as properties farther South on the strip.

The staff was helpful and kind when problems with check-in arose. The facilities were clean and the cleaning staff was kind.

Too much casino, very little lounging seating, lack of diverse good restaurants, no buffet option. No greeting inside. Too much “figure it out yourself” for check in. Needs far more signage & instructions. Lackluster cleaning-debris in hallways for days, ice bucket not emptied. Ka show has lost its pizazz and needs to move out for another Cirque show. Price good for 3 night stay. Excellent allowing early check in, get room key machine, Starbucks onsite, taxi assistance top notch, big room & bath, good hygiene products,comfortable bed. Once you did figure out check in, it was a great concept. If you only care about slots, then this is your spot. If you want nice options like it used to be, choose elsewhere.
