Good locations, nice and clean room since they put me on the 29 floor , the highest I believe , but the breakfast is not my favorite, stayed for 3 days and it was full house due to some international students event, it’s hard to get in to the lift in the morning, crowded. Room is clean and nice .

Everytime I visit family who live in Tangerang, this is my hotel that I go to. Even though it is outdated, I had noticed a few upgrades done, such as Netflix now on the tv, walls painted, upgrades to the kiddie playground which is next to the Balinese inspired pool with lush greenery and waterslide. The slide is still in good condition which my 10 year old daughter enjoyed immensely. Lippo/supermal Karawaci is within walking distance with lots of shops, food court and cinema and if you do not want to eat inside the mall, there are restaurants and cafes too that are good. I always get the breakfast option with my Expedia reservation since it has a good variety of western and Indonesian dishes.You can even have a McDonald's icecream cone since it is next to the hotel! A couple recommendations, please replace the hotel/fitness area towels since they had holes and replace the carpets inside the rooms since they are getting worn and tired looking. All in all, Aryaduta never disappoints me and the staff are helpful. In the past, I have stayed in their cabanas but this summer time, for July 2025, I stayed in their hotel room. Until next time!

Clean room and easy to use when at the airport. The only difficult thing had been how to get to the hotel. Nice breakfast

"The property itself is lovely, the food was great, but the bathroom had noticeable mold, which was disappointing. The minibar wasn’t working, and when it was replaced, the new unit arrived dirty—with mold on the door. Definitely not up to the hygienic standard.

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful at all times

Clean quiet hotel with excellent breakfast buffet. Amazing spa bathroom with soaker tub and bath salts and bath bomb. Perfect after a long travel day!
