室内はとても綺麗でした～ お風呂風呂自動、おいだきあり 入室の際、玄関扉を開けるのに理解しにくくて苦労しました。 誰かぎ出てきて取り敢えず入室してからゆっくり考えて検証しました～ ヨーク考えればわかるのですが早く入りたくて！！ 博多駅から15分ちょっと歩くのが苦にならなければ快適です。 タクシーも利用しました。 1000円ちょっと 混んでると1200円越えてました

I gave 4 mainly for their location, easy access to most of the places. The bus stop is literally in front of the hotel, there are 2 convenience stores and a drug store nearby. The famous food stall street is also close to the hotel. The washer n dryer Def comes in handy. The only thing I dont like is their pillows, it was way too soft.

Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet. We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity. The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned. Thank you Miss Soyoka.

Really like the bathtub in the room, good staff and clean room. It’s also near a good mall with lots of options. Convenient location as well.

It would be better if a reminder sign be posted at the Public bath area so as to restrict nuisance noise down as I found young kids accompanied by their fathers running and yielding in the area , which making the

清掃時にドアを開けっぱなしにしているため大きい虫が入っていました。改善して欲しいです。

Nice no-frills place to stay with comfy bed, hot water, and quiet.
