The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

Hotel was OK. The room was good; clean and well appointed.
The club lounge was OK; it needs a better selection of food.
Access to the swimming pool was not included, even for club level guest - that is simply not good enough for a five star hotel.
