The location was fantastic, making it convenient to explore the city. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and offer everything that I need for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the property was excellent and ensuring a pleasant and hygienic environment throughout my stay.

Quite good. It offers me upgrade when there are better rooms for the nights.

I love this hotel. It’s very clean and classy. Its current restaurant is being renovated but the restaurant next store (Cafe 8) has a beautiful skyline view of Hong Kong with a good menu variety and 2 for 1 happy hour. However, it’s not near any walkable shops or dining. Still, cab ride one way range from $4 to $6 to the downtown area and there’s a taxi every few minutes available all over the city. From the airport, take AirPort Express Train and get off at Hong Kong Central from there there’s an easy taxi service to the hotel. Train is $12 and taxi price depends on how many suitcases. Likely under $10 to the hotel. Taxi from the airport is very expensive ($50 -$70) Now I don’t know if the cab charges per person… Garden View is still a wonderful option. And you can walk to the downtown area. It’s easy because it’s down hill but I strongly suggest take a taxi ride back up. Also, the Peak Tram attraction (a must do in HK) is 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel.

I stayed at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong for 3 nights, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location is perfect—connected to a mall and MTR station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was elegant, clean, and well-equipped, with gorgeous views and all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel. What really stood out was the attentiveness and professionalism of the team—they made everything effortless. Whether it was getting directions, restaurant recommendations, or just small thoughtful gestures, I felt genuinely cared for. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hong Kong. I’ll absolutely stay here again!
