The room was pretty spacious for Japan. The biggest perks was the washer and dryer in the room and they had a microwave, toaster, freezer and fridgerator in the space. I’d say it’s family friendly and the room was clean. They don’t necessarily offer cleaning daily but you can request for items at the front desk as needed like towels or more toilet paper, etc. It was nice having convent stores so close by, but I’d prefer it a bit closer to a train station. I mean it wasn’t super far from a train station but with all the walking in Japan, I’d wish I was closer to a station so things like restaurants, department stores were a bit closer. Still a great hotel!

The staff is very friendly and the property is fairly close to all the tourist spots. Room was clean and was very spacious. Had a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone.

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

The location and accommodation were quite satisfactory. Most of the staff members were pleasant, with a single exception who was unable to assist us with a dining reservation.

A Wonderful Anniversary Stay at Our Favorite Hotel in Tokyo We visit Japan four to five times a year, and whenever we are in Tokyo, we always choose to stay at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo. It truly feels like our home away from home. We usually book the Grand Premier rooms so we can enjoy access to the Club Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails. The Club Lounge staff are like ʻohana to us — always warm, gracious, and welcoming every time we return. Their genuine hospitality is one of the main reasons we continue to come back year after year. This year, we celebrated our 14th wedding anniversary at the hotel, and the Club Lounge team went above and beyond to make our celebration meaningful and memorable. Their kindness and thoughtfulness touched our hearts deeply. We also love the convenient location of the hotel. It is just a short walk to the busy Shinjuku transportation hub, yet the hotel itself is set slightly away from the crowds, making it feel quiet, comfortable, and safe. We also appreciated the 7-Eleven store, the two lounges, the laundry room, and the delicious breakfast every morning. Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo continues to be our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. Highly recommended!

This hotel is in a perfect location and offers a friendly, comfortable, and chic experience. The pizza restaurant is wonderful offering excellent breakfast and coffee in the mornings, and delicious meals for lunch and dinner. The coffee and beer house on the lower level offers a fun ambiance and makes the best cappuccinos and grilled cheese sandwiches. The room was a bit smaller than we expected, and not as clean as we would have liked, but overall, we were comfortable and happy with our stay.

The location is great, very very close to the Shibuya crossing, all shopping, and restaurants. The room was small and not enough space for luggage specially if you are with family. The bathroom is probably 4x6 feet Breakfast is minimal, is ok. Not enough outlets if you have to charge things , specially if you are with family.( you will need to have an extension). The best thing Is that they have a scale to weigh your luggage; that was extremely helpful before you check out and head back to the airport. I would definitely stay at that hotel again

Location was not quite as accessable as the Minn Nihonbashi was stayed at, but it was clean and quite reasonably priced (split among 6 people). There were plenty of neccessary ammeneties nearby and the people working there were all kind, welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. They even recommended an airport shuttle service which proved to be quite helpful to us. Would be quite happy to stay here again.

We love that we had enough space for 5 people. It was very near to 2 train stations. We were early for check in but they took us anyway.
