The court yard with the fire pits, s’mores kits and a multitude of games ranging from ping pong, shuffle board, corn hole and on and on. Wonderful seating and lounging areas both inside and outside. The staff was courteous and helpful. T.C. was exceptionally helpful and informed me of an extra perk that I wasn’t aware of…that although check out is 11am you can park there until 3pm without any additional charge. This was wonderful. We could have lunch on the waterfront before we left for the day. I would highly recommend staying at the Zephyr.

Amazing stay—the views and vibe of San Francisco’s golden age was alive and well. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Staff friendly and professional. Wish there was coffee in the room, but the room service was excellent, as well.

Amazing location and beautiful property! The whole hotel and room was trendy and clean. And the staff were super friendly and accommodating. They even offered us a complimentary bottle of wine since we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary! I'm shocked to see any negative reviews about this place. I can't recommend it enough and will be returning if we visit San Francisco again.
