The room was nice and clean and in great shape. The staff I encountered from the front counter, the cleaning crew in the hallways and the staff at breakfast, everyone of them were outstanding, 5 star level staff. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Extremely helpful and professional!!

Yes the place was our dream place. We did not get to use the pool, which is usually our highlight, but we did like the food and luxurious room. Really nothing could be improved! PS we are awaiting a cancellation with refund, which we hope soon will be submitted and handled. Thanks! ES
