The hotel is older (as are most in NOLA) but moderately well kept. We had a loft room that we couldn’t stay in because the loft area would not get cool. Maintenance even adjusted the vents with no help. The staff was wonderful though with accommodating us with another equivalent room. Although we will likely not stay here again (due to the aesthetics of the property) , I’d like to make it known that all of the staff were very kind and helpful. Also, a microwave was available on request. Btw…it was cheaper to park on the street but you have to pay every 2 hours vs daily.

From clean rooms and one of the best locations in the French Quarter to over the top friendly and attentive staff, this hotel delivers on all fronts! I cannot recommend it enough.

"This hotel is in the middle of remodeling and has paint all over the floors. Broken toilets all over the parking lot. I thought it was a different chain when I booked and apparently it’s going to be an extended stay. Also signs everywhere about no smoking and yet they are burning the worst smelling ..."
