The room was freezing, the windows were very thin, once the heater stopped the room became a freezer, ESPECIALLY the bathroom, there was a window right by the toilet.
First night, when opened bed cover, bed smelled like fish. Called to inform front desk, they immediately switched out our room.

Our suite was beautiful with an absolutely breathtaking view. Everyone on staff from reception to the doorman were so helpful and kind. They go out of their way to make sure you have a wonderful stay. We went on the hotel historical tour and it was so interesting. I highly recommend it.

The room was clean and nice! The bathroom beautiful. But they are renovating the hotel so its a small lobby, and one of the elevators is under construction, breakfast is on the go.
But the room is beautiful and the view of the buildings are nice.

Amazing hotel for solo travel, clean rooms, fresh towels and room cleaning daily. Located in an amazing area in Murray Hill just blocks away from grand central and major subway lines. Will definitely consider staying here again soon!
