A fantastic stay - room was a really good size with a separate bathroom and shower area. Located in a nice, quiet area - the bed was really comfortable and slept really well. There was a kettle, so you could make hot drinks, as well as a small fridge which was really useful. There was a supermarket, literally next door, where you could buy things. Spotlessly clean throughout the whole property and rooms were cleaned and everything replenished daily. The breakfast was varied and plentiful - all the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in and our was very quick - I would definitely stay here again.

The overall environment, location and accessibility

Loved the location of Cosmo Hotel—super convenient and easy to get around from there. The staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was always cleaned up and tidy when we got back each day, which we really appreciated. Great stay overall! Everything was great during our stay, but the bed was a bit on the hard side—probably because it’s still quite new. Would have preferred something a little softer for better comfort. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location, right in the heard of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are basic, carpet very worn and no amenities due to it being eco friendly. The hotel has only one elevator which makes for a longer waiting time.

Was pleasantly surprised with my stay, it has a good size room and close proximity to Ximending, and many food options atound. I would choose to stay here again on my next trip due to its location and ataff service.
