Pittwater Scuba Diving Vacations

Everything was good and the hotel was clean. However, the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had among hotels and even compared to other Crowne Plaza branches. I had a really good experience with breakfast at the Crowne Plaza in Gold Coast, so I was surprised by this one. The variety was very limited, the taste of everything was awful, and I didn’t eat anything except for coffee.

Staff were excellent. Room faced onto very noisy street at night ( car racing) & unfortunately hotel undergoing renovations ( jack hammers, builders noise). We were advised of this AFTER our booking was made

Very handy to the domestic terminal. Disappointed with main restaurant which plays the music loud, we couldn't hear ourselves talk. I raised it with the manager who refused to lower it saying that loud music is the restaurant standard. there were no other restaurants nearby to use in preference which is a downside.

Great location and good hotel staff

It felt very safe. Two particular staff members, Jennifer and Mario, were absolutely amazing and went over and beyond to be of assistance. My only issue was the heat pump in my room which was freezing until maintenance figured out it was damaged and fixed the problem.
