Douro Litoral Scuba Diving Vacations

This is a 4 star hotel. Claims to be a 5 starts, but it has no swimming pool (has a jacuzzi a non working sauna and overheated steam room), there is no food past midnight! (they recommend you go to Macdonals down the road) toilets have slight swage smell and the sink has hot water only in the morning, shower is good tho... no direct line to reception and you can hear noise from the rooms next door. Gym has no windows, Breakfast is decent (except Sundays where they stock a lot less, for some reason) Overall, it is 4 stars. Good AC in the room, bed is confortable and good location.

This was a fantastic little boutique hotel perfectly placed in a convenient area of Porto. Staff was absolutely lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast service as well. 🙂

Excellent view from room, nicely located hotel, great reception staff who were very helpful. However…. Food and beverage experience let it down. No flexibility with menu in restaurant, extremely small glass of wine in rooftop bar which was extortionate for a house wine. Breakfast area was uncomfortable, more like a busy airport cafe and everyone on their phones so no relaxation or special feel. The bed sheets were polyester mix so we were itching all night.
