Location was good. They are currently remodeling the lobby and the check in area caused some problems. Check in was a bit of a mess and the check in area was crowded as the check in line extend almost out the door. Room was ok, few plumbing leaks, faucet and tub. Maid service was excellent and staff in the bar were very good.

Great location, beautiful hotel and walking distance to Rockefeller and wonderful restaurants around the area. Quick trip down 5th ave for some shopping.

Very friendly staff. Janet was very helpful assisting us with reservations for a high end steak house “Benjamin’s”. Overall great experience and centrally located hotel. The rooms were quiet at night which is needed to experience NY well rested.

The check in was at 4 pm instead of 3. The staff were unsure about the situation. The building where we should stay is somewhere else.

This property is excellent We loved this hotel The location is perfect for shopping and dining right in the heart of Rome The Spanish steps are just up the street The staff was great, very helpful and polite! I will book this hotel again on my next visit to Rome!
