Good location, Not far away from bus station. Lot of stores, restaurants and coffee shops are surround the place within walking distance Only problem is no toiletry kit or bath towels provided. You have to buy the kit from vendor machine

I joined a queue behind one of these customers, but when it was my turn, was told that i was not indeed next. I then asked where was the queue, and the lady didnt even know. Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

Rooms smelled of cigarettes, the only restaurant I saw open was the buffet for breakfast and the sports bar which was completely empty both nights I checked, didn’t feel clean for a 5 star hotel

Airport shuttle every half hour was very convenient! The room was a little dirty, there were food crumbs and chips on the floor when we check in, but the rest of the resort and the view was spectacular

Overall, the hotel was great; however, the bed is extremely firm, and the pillows are extremely deflated and flat. The room is extremely hot. When I inquired, the front desk stated the heat and AC in the rooms are all turned off because it is winter; therefore, there is no option to control the temperature in the room. They provided a fan, but it was useless and would automatically shut off after an extended period. I wish I could have controlled the temperature in the room or been notified ahead of time, then I would have reserved a different hotel.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood; room is very spacious and clean, mini kitchen with cooking tools (rice cooker & pots, pans, dishes, etc-it’s like an one room apartment!). Has a nice size heated outdoor pool! Grocery store (eMart) 15 min drive. Nice family friendly place!
