nothing exceptional, just an average place. the worst part of it is you have to pay for the parking $20 a night, which was more than what was paying for car rental. The elevators are very slow, not stairs and a couple of days the elevators were extremely slow.

Service was great but our room was not great. Maybe I was in an old area or something. I expected more.

Bathroom is a bit out of date.

Convenient to the airport and businesses nearby. Water was tricky in the bathroom and had to fiddle to get hot or cold water with temperature controlled in the shower for some reason. It previously was an older hotel under a different name. Not up to the usual Sandman standards due to older building. Room was nice a big and good amenities. Great beds too

bed too soft, bed sheet dirty, poor hitel shuttle arrangement, oversea customers has no phone access

We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).
