Classy hotel with compact rooms. Despite being ideally and centrally located, it was quiet at night. The breakfast was fresh consisting of fruits, pastries, breads, a menu for eggs/pho/banh mu/omelettes/crepes together with fresh spring rolls, salad, cereals, yoghurts, juices and Vietnamese delicacies. A Circle K is opposite to buy water/snacks etc. Staff were always helpful. The rooftop pool (long jacuzzi) was very cold but the view at night was lovely. The bar was beautifully decorated offering a Happy Hour between 5-7pm and sensibly priced. The rooms featured a safe, mini bar, bath robes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. I would recommend this.

Very good location with small walking distances to lake , shopping areas, restaurents, cathedral, ATMs
Only partial toiletries (no paste , brush, lotion etc) were provided in the bathroom . bathing gel and shampoo were not great quality. Linens, pillows and towels were good.
Bathroom was small , I suppose understandably as hotel is in somewhat congested old French quarters area.
Staff was super nice , courteous and helping.
BF was good with many options

Great hotel in perfect location for visiting local attractions in the Old Quarter. It truly deserves its 5-star rating. The staff are so kind and professional especially our concierge Leo who gave us outstanding service from the time we checked in to to last minute when we left for the airport. Our family was sad to leave this property as it truly was a fantastic stay in all aspect. Do not hesitate in booking this beautiful hotel, with its incredible staff, you won’t regret it.
