We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location with easy access to everything on Waikiki Beach. It was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and the beach, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
Overall, the hotel was fairly clean, but there were a few housekeeping details that could use a little more attention. The hallways could have been vacuumed more often, and the guest rooms would benefit from a more thorough cleaning. These weren’t major issues, but improving them would make a noticeable difference.
One thing to keep in mind when booking is that the total cost doesn’t include the additional resort fee, valet parking, or the $10-per-day fee to use a microwave. It’s worth factoring those extra charges into your budget.
Despite those minor concerns, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. With just a few housekeeping improvements, this hotel would provide an even more exceptional stay.

This was an ideal luxury hotel, if you can afford it, you’d be hard pressed to find anything better on the island.
