Our air conditioner did not work, our room was very hot. The maintenance came to fix it at least 4 times, they ended up giving us a very loud Dyson floor standing unit to help cool the room, the day before we left it started to get better. No one seamed to care.

Vastly over-priced and surprisingly tired for a relatively new hotel - in room fixtures and amenities felt cheap for the price point.
Overall service was very mixed (check in process was not helpful, overall service was slow, the check out process was a lot more friendly)

The hotel wifi is terrible and intermittent. The bathrooms are horrific. No full length mirror in the room, no outlets in the bathroom so you have to use the dryers in a dark corner of the room. The lighting in the bathroom is also AWFUL so we left the house never knowing what we looked like each day. The food in the restaurant is completely unremarkable. Even though WiFi extenders are widely available, they’ll never get it for you. The cast to TV will not work since you can’t stay on the wifi. Do better.

Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport.
Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh.
The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around.
I shall look forward to my next stay

Stayed here for 4 days while touring London. The hotel is so close to Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Big Ben, and also walking distance to two stations of the Underground. The staff is very kind and accommodating, and the included breakfast has so many options and is excellent. There is a cafe/bar off the lobby too. Definitely recommend!
