Clean and nice rooms, bathrooms are a bit dated with very mid shower heads and water pressure. Easy check in with the machines, but I didn’t know about the incidentals fees being so expensive so that was a bit of a shock. Overall tho a good spot

Casual casino, not huge which was nice and easier to walk around in. Quiet being off the main strip. Rain shower head continuously leaked on us showering even though turned it off as tight as possible. Cleaning staff skipped us 2x which was annoying but not horrible. Monorail access was easy and short walk to get to the rest of the strip.

Beautiful clean and secure hotel with many shopping and dining options I will be returning in the future for sure.

Clean room, friendly staff. Nice looking hotel. Location great for WWWY/Sick New World. A bit fancy for us since we are not into boutique shopping. Also, be sure to bring appropriate clothing if you want to eat at the restaurants, otherwise have to eat at promenade.

The balcony we got was a view of ugly dirty rooftops with air conditioners and nothing more than that.. I would love to give this property of five star review but the fact of the matter is the picture is make the rooms look much bigger than they are. It doesn't say much about the sink being in the middle of the room and not having an actual bathroom. The beds are extremely hard and the quarters are close. For a boutique hotel with somebody who's not picky about the beds and just wants to be in Little Italy I'm sure it's fine but for us it would not work but I'm extremely grateful that they gave us a refund despite the fact that it was a non-refundable booking. I also credit Expedia and our platinum membership for that. The front desk and the management was very helpful with that and I appreciated it very much. If not for that it would have ruined our whole trip cuz I was traveling with my mother and we have specific needs. So Props to them for that.

We like the location because it is so close to the Farmer's Market and museum row.
