The rooms we had were slightly smaller and the bathrooms were relatively small. I would say if you can go for the more expensive rooms then do it and your stay would be much more enjoyable. The facilities outside that were fantastic - this is a great spot for working travellers. The staff were great and super friendly.

Will definitely be staying here again if we ever come back to Fukuoka. Location was perfectly located above the Tenjin Airport line station, with an elevator that takes you directly from hotel lobby to the subway basement level, with the train station turnstile conveniently located within 100ft, so even if you have lots of luggage to haul around it's not an issue. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was amazing and staffs were friendly and incredibly helpful. We had purposely left some of our old clothing behind because we couldn't fit everything into our luggage, they actually reached out asking whether we had forgotten stuff at the room. That's a first for us. This level of service is on another level. The only minor downside is there isn't a loading area to the hotel for passenger/private/rental vehicles, you will have to off load in the hotel loading bay in the back of the building. And parking will just have to be at a nearby public lot. But a complete non issue if you're taking the train. Definitely staying here again for our return to Fukuoka

stayed one night here and it was perfectly adequate. we were upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, it was spacious but the toilet seat wasn't clean. appreciated the in-room laundry facilities though. breakfast was included and it was quite good, it also starts at 6:30am which was convenient as we had an early flight out. the hotel is well-located in tenjin and about 3 minutes' walk from tenjin-minami subway station.

We had a memorable stay in Fukuoka and the hotel experience plays a large part in it. The rooms are modern, big and clean. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to Hakata station. Convenient location and at the same time quiet neighbourhood. There is a coffee shop beside the hotel. Our rooms come with a lounge access, which is a great way to regroup and unwind at the end of the day.

위치가 좋아서 그런가 한국사람이 진짜 많았아요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 세탁실도 있고 짐 맡기는곳도 간편하고 좋았네요. 일본이라 방이 추울까봐 걱정했는데 방도 따숩고 좋았아요! 생각한것보다 룸사이즈도 좋아서 또오고싶네여!!

Room was ok size but still a bit tight for us to move around. I appreciated the laundry machine in the room, which made it so much more convenient and was a super plus feature (whereas other hotels are shared laundry). The hotel is clean and the free beverages were nice. I just didn’t like the location because we had to cross the grittier part of Hakata station to get back. That food street had smoke coming from Burger King in addition to a lot of crowds before the calm. Once you get past that, it is less chaotic. The hotel is nice, overall. Area ok and close to the station.
