The staff is amazing, rooms are spacious and you’ll never go hungry. It was our 7th time and looking forward to returning.

The rooms definitely need to be upgraded as there

Clean rooms. We had fantastic stay on the property. The beach was very clean and luckily swimming in the ocean was allowed even though there were red flags around the neighbouring properties. The white party on the beach was amazing. Friendly staff. The property is quite big and requires pick up and drop off rides which they call train rides. We found the on property transportation a nuisance as there were no sidewalks and have to be watchful. In general the drivers wont stop for pedestrians to cross. There were restrictions to explore and check out other areas.

Our room was cleaned and restocked with the mini frig full, more snacks, and a new bottle of wine or rum each day. The buffets were delicious and the steakhouse a big hit. Also the see by sea restaurant was delicious with lobster on the menu at night. Highly recommend Majestic Elegance to anyone looking for a great all inclusive. Staff super friendly and nightly entertainment and pool entertainment each day as well. Not to mention buffet during the day right on the beach. Was great!

Gustavo was great as my concierge. He accommodated all for me. From bottles of free champagne to late check out because I had a late flight. We were still friends and talk. Awesome stay!
