Pool facilities were nice, unfortunately weather during our stay wasn't the best, due to storms and parts of the property were hugely affected by flooding and dampness

Great place to stay and right on the beach with great swimming options. Room was recently renovated and very clean and spacious. The only issue we encountered was the wait times for lifts (Rainbow tower) were quite long at times and quite often could not get into a lift when it stopped because it was already full. Any floor below floor10 would be a struggle to get a lift during peak times.

The hotel is beautiful. The people are so nice. I would suggest going to morning explore the island presented by the hotel. We won a free ticket to the zip lines. The pool was closed the first day due to rain but they had opened the next day.
