North Coast Scuba Diving Vacations

The property was nice. The food was good The staff in the dining hall was helpful. Customer The service needs Work. Took me hours to check in based on discrepancy between them and Expedia. No one could help. ended up coming out of pocket when my reservation on my end showing exactly what I paid for.

Our stay was disappointing overall. While some staff members were genuinely friendly, professional, and clearly cared about providing great service, others consistently did the bare minimum and showed little interest in creating a positive guest experience. The resort lacks the amenities, entertainment, and authentic Jamaican cultural experiences needed to make it feel like a true vacation destination. Food options were very limited. The buffet was the best restaurant on-site, but even it became repetitive. There were also no food options between 4:00–6:00 PM and very limited late-night dining after 8:00–9:00 PM, making it difficult to eat after returning from excursions. The pools also close at 6:00 PM, leaving little to do in the evenings. We booked two separate rooms, but they were incorrectly combined upon arrival, resulting in a long wait for another room. Check-in was disorganized, as the front desk employee struggled to manage phone calls while assisting guests and failed to explain important information, causing unnecessary confusion. We were also told by Montiq to text him when we needed assistance, but he never responded. A few employees truly stood out for their excellent service, but they were outweighed by inconsistent staff performance, poor communication, limited amenities, and a lack of attention to the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, this is not a resort I would return to or recommend.

Room was very clean and the house keeping staff keeps up with it.. breakfast was awesome whatever you prefer.. staff was amazing.. swim bar was great whatever ever your drink preference… 1 thing i didn’t agree with is make-up on the towels or pillow cases if it get messed up 1st hotel I ever been and this a problem, that’s the only thing i didn’t like, overall everything else was just great…

The room was clean and spacious. The employees and food was great! The beach was gorgeous as well.
