We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

I loved my stay at this hotel. I stayed for 2 weeks and I’m happy I chose to stay here. The location is perfect! So many places in walking distance, but there is a subway station close by. The airport limousine bus stop to the airport is only a few metres away too. My room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. It was also nice and quiet. The view from my window was beautiful too, especially at night! My only suggestion would be to have a little more space to store your clothes. The reception staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful! The housekeeping staff are excellent too. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely be back next year :)

I would say this hotel is one of the best-located places in all of Seoul. It’s situated within walking distance of several major metro lines, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and having an Emart and a pharmacy on the first floor is a big plus. The airport limousine bus also stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival and departure very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the only downside for me was the cleanliness. I understand that April is a particularly bad time for air pollution, but both my friend and I developed acute allergic bronchitis, which we believe was due to poorly maintained ventilation and the lack of an air purifier in the room. This was disappointing, especially since we chose the hotel based on many reviews praising its cleanliness. That said, I would still consider staying here again, mainly because of its unbeatable location and overall convenience.

Hotel is beautiful. Great views of the city at night from the 20th floor at the restaurant. Check in/out is also on the 20th floor. They do provide breakfast for a fee whether it be through room reservation or pay at the host counter that morning. Breakfast has a little more American style mix with the traditional foods. It does have a pool and you have to wear a cap in order to use no excpetions even for men or chidren. There is a spa but didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was helpful with scheduling taxi's the night prior. Oh so you know, if you want to use the paid bag transportation serive, so you don't have to haul your luggage up & down the staris on the subway/trains, you'll need to schedule 3 days ahead of time. You'll need to give them 2 days to transport. We found this out when we want to use that service and unable to since we waited to long. I want to point out that the staff are very kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. We had them call a restaurant for us that didn't have English speakers and let them know we were running late and then got us a taxi right then and there so we didn't have to uber or take the subway. I would stay here again.

Our 32nd floor room in the Executive Tower was elegant and dead quiet. The bed was super-comfortable and the Diptyque toiletries were a real luxury (although the bathrobes are not made for well-fed bodies!). Already centrally located in Myeongdong, the ability to visit the impressive Lotte department store Food Hall without stepping outside was a bonus on rainy days, or when we just wanted some fresh fruit for our room. Service throughout the hotel complex was impeccable. Seoul is a massive city with many hotels to choose from, but if you don't want to stay in a traditional hanok house, I would highly recommend the Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower!

This place was easy. 3 malla connected to each other and all the staff in the hotel are very courteous and helpful. I will recommend everyone stays at the hotel, especially if you’re a first time in Korea.

Really enjoyed my stay as a solo travel. The hotel room was so clean!
