I was very happy to see that I could check in several hours earlier when I arrived. Was also given an hour later check out. Chose this hotel as it is near the airport did not expect all the wonderful restaurants, amenities of hotel and seaside restaurants. The room opened very nicely for a view of the ocean. When I arrive, the room was quite warm and I was told there’s no air conditioning at this time of the season to open my window and let the wind come in. it’s certainly helped. Night for sleeping with window open was very comfortable. I recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a beach experience in 20 minute ride to the terminal two airport. Receptionist was very kind accommodating spoke English very well.

Absolutely amazing price for value or cost. Excellent breakfast and dinners. Tasty, healthy and variety.

The hotel feels clean and cozy

The location being beside a lot of other stores provided a lot of convenience and allowed me to fill out a lot of spare time i had! Room was very spacious and staff assisted with every need.

The Mondrian is located in an excellent location in Seoul. The property is trendy and in excellent condition. The staff could be a bit more friendly. I come to Seoul 4 to 6 times a year and only stay at the Mondrian. I asked for a late check out on 7/4/2026, and I was told the hotel was totally full. However, I requested the late check out for several day but the staff I dealt with was not friendly and very short. I wish they could given me some options due to my loyalty to the brand but that wasn’t the case.

This was the third hotel we stayed during our 2 week trip in Korea. We enjoyed here so much that we came back after our trip to Busan to stay for another 3 days. The location was perfect! It was right next to the bus stop and walking distance to the subway. There’s an Olive Young across the street, two convenient stores, and a mall close by. There are plenty of dining options as well. The staff are very warm and friendly They gave us recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed. My favorite staff was Hanji who helped check us in and made me want to rebook at Novetel for the end of our trip!

The staff at this hotel are what make it wonderful. I was so impressed by how attentive they were in ensuring that my stay was a relaxing retreat. They went above and beyond to help me navigate all of the many amenities available sincey there was a bit of a language barrier. My junior suite was so luxurious and the black out shades made my evening’s sleep a complete success. I loved all the little small details in the room, including the sweets, coffee, tea, and water that they provided. The airport shuttle was really great. It was expedient and timely, removing one possible stress travelers face, getting to their flights on time. My short stay was not long enough so I know that next time, I will book the same room but for longer so that I can experience more time with the many amenities.
