All of the workers are nice. Antonio our concierge was awesome! I only put 3 stars for area around the hotel. There is nothing to do around the hotel without leaving the premises. All inclusive is useless. They only have 2 restaurants to choose from. This is definitely a laid back non party place! I would go back. The villa with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms was the main reason I stayed there.

Staying here was fun! A lot of events happen everyday at the pool. The food in the buffet wasn't the best and the area was HOT!

To say that Temptation is amazing would be an understatement. This was our second time staying there and a time was had!!! I literally can’t wait to go back and next time I’m checking a whole bag with theme costumes. It’s the ideal, adult getaway with tons to do, plenty of food options, drinks galore and we made so many friends in the day and night events. I highly recommend.

The Atlantis Spa is the best I’ve experienced in seven countries. I highly recommend the 90-min AïA Essence and the 120-min Mezcal Ritual. Arrive early to enjoy the sweat lodge, rosemary rinse, and cenote swim—it’s a true healing ritual. Palmaïa isn’t just a resort—it’s a sanctuary. My favorite place on Earth.
