I felt very comfortable, safe, and take. care of here as a solo female traveler. I definitely recommend getting the deluxe room and will plan to be staying here again. It helps the food downstairs at the pub is great too!

I arrived at the hotel to be told that my room in that hotel was no longer available and they had moved me next door. The next door hotel was a downgrade from the original and the furniture and fittings in the room were very tatty with stains on the sofas, toilet although clean was very tatty

The room was nice and clean big comfy bed and nice pillows, air con was a lovely touch. Enjoyed the theme of the hotel and the design very cool

Very nice stay. Rooms have good air conditioning and good sound proofing and location is great. An easy stay. Recommended.

The hotel is located centrally in Trafalgar Square with walking access to Buckingham Palace, Whitehall, Westminster, and Covent Garden. The room we had is spacious, well appointed, and comfortable. One minor gripe is the garden suite on the lower ground floor has no natural light, and the room lighting is not bright enough so that the all around feeling is gloomy.
